Can I cancel my maintenance plan?
Yes. We don't lock you into long-term contracts. You can pause or cancel your plan at any time with reasonable notice.
What's included in each maintenance visit?
Every plan is built around scheduled exterior window cleaning: 2 visits on Bi-Annual, 3 on Tri-Annual, and 4 on Quarterly. Interior service, screen cleaning, and other add-ons can be chosen based on the benefits included with your plan.
Do I get a discount compared to one-time bookings?
Yes—and the savings repeat every time we visit. Bi-Annual customers save $25 off each scheduled exterior visit, Tri-Annual customers save $50, and Quarterly customers save $100. Your quote confirms the exact service scope before anything is scheduled.
Can I exchange an exterior visit for interior cleaning?
Yes. On Tri-Annual and Quarterly plans, you may swap one scheduled exterior cleaning for one interior cleaning. If you would like both interior and exterior service on the same day, interior cleaning can be added to that visit.
What if I need to reschedule a visit?
No problem. We're flexible. Just let us know at least 48 hours in advance and we'll find a new time that works for you.
Do you offer maintenance plans for commercial properties?
Yes. Commercial maintenance plans are available with weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service. These are especially popular for storefronts and office buildings.
